How do I get a Vivo Voucher code?

Vivo Vouchers are available to all students of schools who have the VivoEdge rewards system. They can be bought by redeeming Vivo points in the VivoEdge shop at vivoedge.com

 

 

When will my item arrive?

Delivery times will depend on the type of product you are purchasing. Most items are fulfilled by Argos. You will be sent a text message within 10 working days with an e-code. Show the e-code at any Argos store to collect your item.

 

 

 

What is your refund policy?

If you are not happy with item you have bought, please send us an email at vivomestore@vivoclass.com within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund.

We can not also offer refunds on Argos e-code vouchers that have already been redeemed.

 

 

Where do I input my Vivo voucher code?

You can enter this on both the Checkout and Cart pages as the promo code.

My voucher code does not work. What should I do?

Please double check that you have entered it correctly, copying and pasting it directly. If this still does not work, please email us at support@vivoclass.com clearly stating your name and code.
